Tehnopol invites the health technology community to an event focused on user experience measurement in digital healthcare solutions. The event will take a practical look at how to better understand user needs, how to apply UX measurement systematically, and how the insights gained can support better decisions in development, management and service quality improvement.
The programme will bring together perspectives from the national health information system, large-scale development projects, service design and end users. The discussion will focus on why UX measurement is strategically important in healthcare, what organisations can learn from it, and why testing alone is not enough to ensure truly user-centred development.
The event is intended for everyone involved in creating, developing, funding, using or managing digital healthcare solutions – including hospitals, pharmaceutical sector organisations, IT companies, software and hardware solution providers, and other stakeholders in the health technology field.
The event will take place on 3 June from 10:00 to 12:00 at Nortal AS. Participation is free of charge, but the number of places is limited.
Join us to learn how measuring user experience can help build a healthcare system that works better for both professionals and patients.
