Match Up – The XR Event is an annual SLUSH pre-event in Helsinki, focusing on AR/VR industry, technologies and solutions. The event is held now for the third time and it will host 400+ attendees from all over the world. The event is free of charge!

Everyone who are interested in exporting products to China can register in this event. Delegation plans to purchase high quality products from the nations all over the world. Every interested European participant should finish registration before OCT 31, so matchmaking in Shanghai can be arranged, then, all the participants can attend the Second international import EXpo in Shanghai then Henan.

During the Second China International Import Expo, Nov 5-10, CCPIT Henan Provincial Committee will organize delegation including companies from Henan Province in the area of Agriculture, Car parts, High-Terminal equipment, Steel, Food processing and so on. CCPIT Henan would like to arrange the matchmaking meeting between Henan companies with the foreign companies which attend the Second China International Import Expo. All chinese companies have shown interest to purchase high-quality products from foreign companies, so, we foreign companies are welcome to contact us, to create and enhance common trade relations.

Previous editions

Some of the purchasing companies that participated in 2017 and 2018 were Volvo Cars, Scania, CERN, Trelleborg Industrial Solutions, Toyota Material Handling Manufacturing, Fläkt Woods, SKF and others. In 2017 a total of 105 companies from 19 countries participated in 220 meetings. In 2018, 250 business meetings between 135 companies from 16 companies ranging from Sweden, Germany, Finland, USA, China and more. Previous events have shown that half of all the meetings led to continued business negotiations.

The participation of the Organic Food & Eco Life Matchmaking is free of charge, but in order to preserve the quality of meetings and prevent last-minute cancellations and no-shows, the event organisers will charge 100 euros to all participants who cancel without informing the organisers. Cancellation of meetings will not be accepted after the 5th of November.
