Cooperation offers database

Below, you can read a selection of cooperation offer announcements published by the Enterprise Europe Network from 50+ countries. Cooperation offers can be sorted by country, code, and sector. To read more about an offer that interests you, please click on the link following the cooperation offer announcement. The country selection displays only those countries with at least one active cooperation offer. You can view all cooperation offers at once by clicking “Search” without making any selections.

Guide

  • Filter your cooperation offers using the filter on the LEFT (e.g. type, sector, country).
  • The offers are divided into 3 categories: business, technology and research & development. Accordingly, it can be specified whether the applicant REQUESTS (Request)/or OFFERS (Offer) collaboration.
  • Includes 6000+ active offers. Active up to 1 year. Highest collaboration potential with offers that have been published recently.
  • Collaboration offers are published anonymously to protect the business interests of the submitter.
  • To express an interest in cooperation, please send an English-language Expression of Interest (EOI) to the Estonian EEN Support Office, consisting of a company introduction (e.g. a few sentences or e.g. a 1-pager or a presentation) and a description of your interest in cooperating with EEN. Further information on the interest will be published by the Estonian EEN Support Office as soon as possible.
  • If the company wishes to publish its cooperation offer, it is worth discussing the suitability of this option beforehand with the support of the EEN Support Office. Before doing so, it is worth making sure that the database does not already contain an offer that matches the company’s interests, as this will speed up the process considerably.

Creating new contacts at EEN international matchmaking events
(B2B meetings at brokerage events)

Held at major trade fairs or popular conferences, these events are specifically organized by local EEN partners to bring together entrepreneurs from different countries. Registrants from foreign countries (e.g., an Estonian entrepreneur in Spain) are supported throughout the process by their home country’s EEN partners (e.g., the Chamber of Commerce). After the event, we request feedback on the outcomes. Meetings often take place in a hybrid format, allowing participation both online and on-site in the target country.

GUIDE FOR PARTICIPATING IN B2B MEETINGS

  • Find an interesting event in the calendar
  • Register your company profile and cooperation interest description on the specific event subpage
  • Review, select, and participate in meetings with interesting partners at the event (online/on-site)
  • Please provide feedback to the Estonian EEN support office on potential outcomes (either immediately after the event or when results materialize), or if you need support with follow-up activities. Feedback is important for evaluating the quality of services and organizing future events.

Business opportunities in cross-border public procurement

Estonian entrepreneurs have the opportunity to compete in public procurement on equal terms both in Estonia and other EU member states. If needed, to find a local cooperation partner, you can use the EEN “partner search service” or explore subcontracting opportunities in the target country with the company that won the tender (by looking up the tender results).

Individual contact search service for foreign companies

The service is designed to find cooperation partners from various foreign countries. Upon receiving the client’s request, we map out the client’s expectations and offer the most suitable opportunity for establishing contacts based on the client’s needs.

To use the partner search service, we recommend that you complete the company profile form, which includes information about your company, business sector, and the type of cooperation you are seeking. Please fill out the form in English.
